       Life can be overwhelming, and the world we live in leaves us in feelings of dread and hopelessness. We often ask ourselves how can people be as cruel as they are? This is a struggle almost everyone can relate to. But it is important that we remember who our guiding light is – our Lord Jesus Christ.       John 14:27 says “Peace be with you; my peace I give you. Palm Sunday Draws in worshippers and Incites Christ-Like Connections Palm Sunday brought many people to congregate at River Oak church, encouraging a place of worship and reflection on everything the Lord Jesus Christ has done for the world. The worship at River Oak boomed throughout the massive building. Illuminating the faces of the congregation. Pastor Eric Hammen gave an impactful sermon about the importance of Palm Sunday, sharing why so many people came to see Jesus Christ. To see their Messiah and witness His miracles for themselves. Millions of people gathered around to see Jesus Christ’s glory.
